Infrastructure

Along with developing the site, the developer has planned a 11-million euro investment in the local infrastructure including:

  • 8 km of new and rehabilitated municipal roads
  • Construction of an additional bridge between Residential Park Sofia and Mladost area
  • Renovation of the existing bridge connecting the Ring Road with Mladost area
  • Rehabilitation of the Ring Road in the area of Residential Park Sofia

The expansion of Sofia Ring road made the access to the complex even easier and its connection to the city center and the other metropolitan areas better.
