Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD is specialized in the investment and construction control as well as in the day-to-day management of the large-scale green-field investment projects of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria as well as of other investors. The activities have been concentrated mainly in the capital Sofia.
Lindner was the Investor of the outstanding project of Business Park Sofia. The development of Business Park Sofia introduced highest standards in the construction and real estate investment market in Bulgaria. The name of Lindner has become a symbol of modern technologies, of bold and successful projects and of full reliability.
Lindner and Business Park Sofia EOOD were awarded the first class investment certificate of the Bulgarian Investment Agency for the investments in the Business Park Sofia project.
