Dear residents of Residential Park Sofia, as you know, to keep the overall appearance and the attractive and welcoming vision of the complex, Residential Park Sofia Facility Management collect taxes twice a year (FM taxes). Then the collected amounts are used to cover the costs for landscaping, irrigation system, cleaning, video surveillance, security etc. In this regard we would like to remind you that we are currently collecting the FM taxes for the second half of 2010. Please make the payments to the specified in your invoice bank account.
