The master planning features 20% density of construction leaving the remaining 80% available for a network of curved streets that create charming neighborhoods with green inner yards and exciting scenarios, walking and bicycle alleys, and relaxation zones.
ResidentialParkSofia comprises 700 residential units, including a wide variety of small and large apartments in multifamily houses, row houses and single family homes. All buildings in the Park have as few as three above-ground levels at the most.
