Nowadays it operates more than 30 subsidiaries worldwide and additionally more than 20 offices and subsidiaries in Germany. The total number of the employees exceeds 6,000. Lindner is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of suspended ceiling, raised floor and partition walls systems.
Currently, the Lindner Group is also investing in its new project in Bulgaria - Residential Park Lozen, a residential complex near the village of Lozen.

Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD is the local subsidiary of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria. The company is responsible for the day-to-day management of its large-scale investment projects in Bulgaria including Residential Park Sofia. Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD employs a project management team that covers the whole process of implementing a project – from design and construction supervision to sales and marketing. For that purpose, the company has all the necessary specialists - highly qualified engineers in all parts, architects, marketing specialists, legal advisor and accounting department.
